the foot sprain make border me the whole night !!!!

shit !! tonight gonna fly !!!! T.T flight test next week ............. why !! at this time man!!!! keep on apply cream but the pain still i think later have to take pain killer !!!

shit !!!! just now go play badminton accidentally my foot was sprained !!!!! pain till the tear almost flow out. applying ice feel better but now pain again T.T . always like that 1..... when i not flying i am so healthy than when i want to fly here injure the injure or sure got thing happend in the period of time !
